- Is everyone enjoying themselves? mostly yes
- Food quantities? seem ok
- Vicki: Crossroads. Reconstruct, experimenting. Quality over quantity?
- Vicki: freezing food? issue with reheating but otherwise an option
- Vicki: new vollies coming in has been good
- All agree that despite rumours of good quality being lower, food is acceptable
- Donations down. Food quality? Cost of living? Regular donors unable to come for other reasons?
- Recap that in regards to Square donation we prioritised cash economy
- Discussion about resistance to donations being made using BSB transfer. Action point 1.
- We all forget what needs to be payed this year and what savings we need. Action point 5.
- What is the acceptable threshold for amount of donated money that needs to be discussed with group? Unclear. Is it ok for donations to come with instructions for how to use money? Most agree not for most situations, but case by case.
- Locking the space up!! Personal safety - keep the doors closed when you’re at space by yourself. Action point 2.
- People using the space of their own accord. Ok if respecting the space/keeping it clean. What do we do when people can’t respect the boundaries of keeping space clean. Action point 4.
- Anna N to possibly help with bread pickup, shopping, garden. Will connect them with Cedryck
